pleasant stay but breakfast could improve
The staff provided service with a smile, making us feel welcome during our week-long stay. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for our family. The hotel’s location was great for exploring local sites. We appreciated the clean common areas that created a pleasant atmosphere.
The breakfast options were somewhat limited.

The staff was very accommodating, and they helped with
directions and recommendations for nearby activities. The room offered sufficient space, but it could use some simple updates for a fresher look. I also appreciated the hot shower after a long day exploring.

the breakfast was a total disaster, with thick syrupy orange juice and a shocking lack of ketchup. plus, there's no excuse for the room being 86 degrees! after all that, i woudl ve definitely appreciated a complimentary bottle of water or a small gesture for my troubles, but alas, that just didn’t happen. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The location is great, near downtown and local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The staff is friendly, offering helpful local tips and responsive service to our needs. The shower provided consistently hot water, which was a nice relief after a long day of driving.
The check-in process was a bit disorganized and caused unnecessary delays.

We stayed here while visiting local attractions with our grandchild. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made the experience enjoyable. Our room was spacious enough for our family, and the hot showers were a refreshing touch after busy days outside.
My kids wished for more breakfast options. It would be great to have some meat or protein available for families traveling with children.

Our stay was lovely as the room was very clean and the internet was super fast, which made it easy to catch up on work. I enjoyed unwinding in the cozy garden area and utilizing the BBQ facilities for an outdoor dinner. The only downside was that the breakfast options were a bit limited, so I recommend checking beforehand for dietary needs. 😊

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was pretty basic. The beds were comfortably functional, which was good for us. The room had a nice couch and an eating area, but honestly, the cleanliness could have been better. One of our nights, the cook set off the fire alarms while we were in the lobby during breakfast, which was a bit alarming to say the least. I liked the space, but I definitely expected more from the overall upkeep.
